if you smile, i smile too?

Cycle Carriage service has not been up to standard lately,
not compatible with their prestigious, luxury car that you are paying for.

Dad trade his car and got himself a new one,
he left his personal document in the old car and contacted the salesman
The salesman did not do his part but instead gave the second hand car dealer number to my dad was asked to contact himself.

Later…

Dad sent his car for service,
when we collected the car,
the petrol tank burst!

i had no idea what service they did to the car.

So call up the sales man again,
to make an appointment but have to wait for two weeks as they are fully booked.

They did not change the tank but just cover and patch things up.

Once again, the battery suddenly collapsed.

The car is not that old actually, is just One Year Old!

After sending my dad to collect his car at the third time, i followed him in the office and guess what i’d found on the customer service desk?

If you smile, we will smile too?
means if i dont smile they dont too?

although our support is important to them, to make us support them dont u think they must first smile to us and provide excellent services?

I agree with you. C&C Service now sucks! My mom’s car ended up with cockroaches after sending it there for servicing! Imagine you’re driving on the highway and suddenly find a cockroach lurking on your dashboard…
