The New Chapter of Life

To me, there are 10 chapters in life, I would say at this point is the most exciting and thrilling part of the story in my life.

Chapter 1: Childhood- Kindergarten

Chapter 2: Primary School Life of St. Teresa

Chapter 3: Secondary life in CHS

Chapter 4: College Life in Taylors for diploma and Metropolitan College

Chapter 5: Final Year Abroad in Perth, Western Australia

Chapter 6: Entering the Political World

Chapter 7: The ‘dating’ days

Chapter 8: Tying the Knot

Chapter 9: Family

Chapter 10: Extended Family.

Life is drastically different as to compare to Malaysia for me. There is no night life and the shops closes at 6pm every day. You can’t afford to start your day late or you will end up doing nothing.

I have 4 housemates with me, a girl from metropolitan and 3 guys- two Hongkie and a Chinaman. They are pretty nice people to get along, had a long conversation with them late last night in the living room. Can you imagine im conversing to them in Cantonese as if im stuying in Hong Kong now! They need to speak slowly and repeat themselves when talking to me. It is a little hard for us to actually understand one another.

I carried and drag my luggage up to the 1st floor, I meant it as I could not even lifted up my baggage on my own. So what you do expect? my hands are still aching till today.

Coles mart is just 5 mins walk away from my house. It is pretty convenience for me to do groceries. I was buying some household equipment and ended up buying too many of them. As I step out of the mart, only realized that I need to carry and walk home with them. There is no more myvi waiting out there. So from now onwards, I had to visit Coles often as I couldn’t carry to many bags with me.

Went to the city on Monday night for dinner, thanks to Vincent ( cheng yi’s bro) to hitch me a ride in his friend’s skyliner. How happy I was to be able to sit into the car, I just wish that I had a car now.

So people u driving back in Malaysia is super lucky, you do not need to walk to reach all destinations. Im still learning to enjoy on walking to uni. Uni is only 150 meters away from my house but to reach the business school I need to walk for another 15 mins.

I’m still learning to like this place, and adapting here too. Hopefully by end of this month I will show you my love for Perth.

    when you get used to taking the public transport there, you will realise that it is actually much better than us driving in kl.

    i’m totaly worn out, plus with the humit weather here,my skin are starting to itch already.

    till im used to it. i will tell u how great their transperth are. but the drivers loves hitting the curb.

    i still miss home

    the weather in australia is not humid la. it is very very dry and hot. humid = malaysia. -_-”
    did you buy sorbolene or not?! start applying now before you have to see a dermatologist!
